I offer email, voice call and video Coaching (and the occasional one-to-one in person).
2) Workshop Delivery
I don’t mean to like brag however I am a qualified OTLA Level 1 Tutor. As part of being a superhero Tutor I design and deliver Courses, Workshops and beyond.
I am also a Mentor in a High School and have experience of working with young people.

3) Guest/Motivational Speaker
I have experience of Motivational speaking primarily based on what I have tackled, fought and conquered (recap: in the last 30 something years of Alliyah’s life I have survived bullying as a youngster, PND, A Heart Attack and a relationship I’m chalking down to a very very steep learning curve), losing my social circle, isolation in the community….major career changes and Yeah I’m still standing.

5) Consultancy work
